A delightfully wild 4-course extravaganza featuring some of the most creative dishes you've seen come out of the Bite Club kitchen thus far. Hitting your table you will see:

Course 1 - Roasted Grass-Fed Beef Bone Marrow, Chimichurri, Pickled Shallot Herb Salad, Fresh Flatbread

Course 2 - Smoked Scallops, Leche De Tigre, Brown Butter, Corn

Course 3 - Sous Vide Crispy Skin Duck breast with cherry compote, miso roasted wild mushrooms, pistachio crumble, candied jalapeño and caramelized onion mashed potatoes

Course 4 - Pistachio Cake, Plum Frosting, Creme Fraiche, Gelato, Pine Syrup
